CHICKEN WINGS Cut
tips off chicken wings, place into a good size pot and season with salt
& pepper, cook for a while and discard any fatty juices
& season with salt & pepper. While simmering ad the desired amount of Redback Hot or Mild Chilli Chutney and keep simmering untill chicken is tender. Serve wings on a bed of Rice or Mescalin salad pour over the sauce and garnish with a little Coriander. |
GARLIC 'N' CHILLI PRAWNS1 DOZEN GREEN KING PRAWNS (TRY A NICE RED WINE OR BRANDY IF NO CREAM) Place peeled prawn onto the frypan with a tough of butter and a good oil.. Ad the crushed garlic and teaspoon of chilli chutney and cook for a few minutes. Ad the wine or brandy cook for a few minuts and ad some cream and reduce to a nice thick sauce Serve Prawn on a bed of Rice or Mescalin salad popur over the sauce and garnish with a little Coriander.
SWORDFISH STEAK SANGER 1 Swordfish steak In a small bowl ad some olive oil and garlic, mix together and brush onto thick layers of continental bread and toast on the grill. As the the brerad toasts, Season the Swordfish , brush oil over fish and place on grill for 2 minutes and turn.over When fish is cooked well and not to long place sald over toasted bread, season the fish and place on top with a nice layer of Redback mango Chutney.

HOGDOG
THE ONE AND ONLY HOG DOGThats right, you can't have a recipe with out some
good ol junk food. Grab a couple of fresh roll's from your
local bakery, I preffer a nice soft roll with sesame seeds.&
We now need some onion, bacon, garlic and tasty cheese &Dice up
some bacon slice the onion. Start frying the onions, ad the bacon,
then garlic if desired. ......................... Now thats a Hog Dog (tm) ......................... |

Redback Chile 1/2 Kg Ground Beef , 250 gr pork mince (sausage) 1 lrg diced onion , clove of garlic crushed, 1 small can tomato paste, 1 can crushed tomatoes, 1 med sized can kidney beans, 2 cups water, 1 tbl spoon chili powder, 1/2 tea spoon cumin, 2 tsp salt, 2 tb sp sugar, 2tb sp w/vinegar, dash of pepper 1 cup tasty shredded cheese, sour cream, & lime wedges.Grab a large frying pan and brown the onions, beef, pork, with the garlic. Drain any grease in the pan, now chuck all the brew into a large pot , chuck the rest of the stuff in, and bring to the boil and keep stirring it , simmering it for about 2-3 hrs . Bugger, I forgot the chilli , so throw it in, for a sweet chilli taste , try the Redback Mild Chutney 2/10 but if you want heat go for the Redback Hot Sauce 8/10 or the ADRSEDROPPER Hot Sauce 8/10.
